EchoElephant Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your EchoElephant account and associated personal data, you may submit your request directly in the app by following the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Open the EchoElephant app.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Tap Security & Login.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your account profile information associated with EchoElephant.
• Your account identifiers used within EchoElephant.
• Other personal data associated with your account, subject to applicable law, technical limitations, and legitimate retention requirements.

What Data May Be Retained

In some cases, we may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, or where necessary for legitimate business purposes, including:

• Security and fraud prevention
• Subscription, payment, tax, and accounting records
• Dispute resolution and legal compliance
• Records necessary to enforce our terms or protect users and the service

Retention Period

Any retained information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal, security, accounting, subscription reconciliation, or operational requirements.
